Job Title: Customer Relations Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, explaining Jio's recharges, assisting customers with completing their recharges, selling new Jio connections, resolving customer queries within agreed timelines, and providing a delightful customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire New Customers: Identify potential customers and acquire their business by promoting Jio's products and services.
  • Call Customers: Call Jio customers to explain them about Jio's recharges and assist them in completing their recharges.
  • Sell New Connections: Sell new Jio connections to prospective customers and ensure timely completion of sales.
  • Resolve Queries: Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines and provide a satisfactory solution.
  • Capture Details: Capture customer details and data relevant to the call or service provided.
Requirements
  • Education: 10th standard pass
  • Experience: Fresher
  • Skills:
    • Basic Knowledge: Basic knowledge of reading and writing
    • Smartphone Usage: Familiarity with smartphone usage
    • Local Language: Ability to speak local language
    • Sales Skills: Good sales and customer handling skills
    • Goal Oriented: Goal and result oriented
