Customer Experience Specialist

Main Responsibilities- Foster new relationships with customers through effective communication and strategic sales approaches.
- Assist customers in completing transactions and provide value-added services, such as Jio recharges and promotional offers.
- Acquire new Jio connections by leveraging knowledge of plans, products, and services, and resolving queries within agreed timeframes.
- Cultivate a positive customer experience by responding promptly and sensitively to customer needs.
- Gather relevant customer data and insights to inform future interactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Jio's offerings to provide expert guidance and recommendations.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Proficiency in using smartphones and digital tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively in local languages.
- Sales and customer service skills, including conflict resolution.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn quickly.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting targets.
