Job Title: Global Head

The ideal candidate will lead the workforce management, demand planning and fulfillment teams across entities globally.

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive workforce management strategy that aligns with the company's objectives.
  2. Design and roll out an enterprise workforce fulfillment framework to drive efficiency and productivity.
  3. Collaborate with talent teams to embed demand plans, enable internal and external talent intelligence through data-driven insights, strategic talent development, and capability transformation.
  4. Provide guidance on productivity opportunities, internal talent development, and strategic hiring in collaboration with sourcing, learning, and talent teams.
  5. Implement a hybrid work model that promotes work-life balance and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workforce Management: Lead the team responsible for managing the workforce, including staffing, scheduling, and time-off management.
  • Demand Planning: Develop and implement demand planning strategies to ensure accurate forecasting and supply chain optimization.
  • Fulfillment: Oversee the fulfillment of business requirements, including logistics, inventory management, and delivery.
