Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products, identifying and resolving quality issues, and developing tools to enhance the software testing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manual testing, including test case development, execution, and reporting
  • Documenting and tracking case histories, issues, and actionable steps taken
  • Preparing test cases for module, integration, and system testing
  • Designing and developing tools for test management, execution, and reporting

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in testing web and windows-based applications
  • Hands-on experience in performance testing
  • Creating test cases, test sets, and test executions for web and windows-based applications
  • Performing ad-hoc testing, smoke testing, data-driven testing, cross-browser testing
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows File Server, and SQL
  • Experience with Atlassian products and XRAY
