Performance Testing Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled performance testing expert to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performance testing and quality assurance, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring teams.
The successful candidate will possess advanced skills in JMeter scripting, parameterization, and complex test scenario design. They will also have hands-on experience with JavaScript programming and performance monitoring tools such as AppDynamics and DataDog.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in performance testing and quality assurance, with 3+ years of leadership experience managing QA teams and projects.
Responsibilities include architecting and overseeing end-to-end performance testing strategies across multiple concurrent projects. The selected candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and product managers.
In addition to technical expertise, the candidate should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at all levels.
