Business Process Testing Expert

We seek an experienced professional to drive our testing strategy forward. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills and a collaborative mindset.
- The role involves aligning test teams within an organization, achieving roadmap identified for the program, and identifying testing scope required for a particular release based on requirements.
- The successful candidate will create Test Plans after discussions with the test team and test manager, calculate testing effort required, and plan the same.
- Initiating Test Case Design activity, reviewing, and ensuring review comments are incorporated is also key.
- Analyzing user stories, use cases, and requirements for validity and feasibility, executing all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression), and being responsible for Triage and RCA for customer reported defects are essential aspects of the job.
