Automation Testing Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Testing Specialist to join our software development team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automation testing frameworks, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop automation testing frameworks using industry-standard tools
  • Identify defects and collaborate with developers to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations
  • Analyze technical challenges and develop creative solutions to drive innovation

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of experience in QA engineering with 5+ years of experience in functional and automation testing
  • 2+ years of experience in Java programming and related technologies
  • 1+ year of experience in Selenium, Rest Assured, and performance testing tools
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas effectively

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
