Overview

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in driving organizational change and improvement initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise and experience in Change Management, Business, Engineering, Computer Science or HR to deliver strategic value.

Key Qualifications
  • 5-14 years of relevant professional experience in Change Management, Business, Engineering, Computer Science or HR is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or HR is essential.
  • Techno-commercial knowledge and Change Management certification (Prosci) is highly desirable.
  • Proven consulting experience in Change Management is crucial for success in this role.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective change management strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans and ensure seamless execution.
  • Support senior leaders and executives as a change sponsor and coach, providing guidance and expertise throughout the transformation process.
  • Provide direct support and coaching to managers and supervisors during transitions, helping them navigate change and overcome obstacles.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders to inform decision-making and drive results.
  • Design, develop, deliver, and manage communications and training programs that engage and educate employees on change initiatives.
