We are seeking highly skilled professionals to excel in US Accounting and Taxation as part of our organization's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, monthly closing activities, and preparation of financial statements under US GAAP standards using tools like QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite.
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable, payroll, cash flow management, and bank reconciliations.
Tax Roles Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review US tax returns (Individual – 1040, Corporate – 1120, Partnership – 1065, etc.).
- Conduct tax research and support compliance with IRS and state tax laws.
- Support clients during tax audits and filings, and work on tax planning strategies under supervision.
Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant or Semi-Qualified CA (with minimum 3 years of articleship).
- Strong accounting fundamentals, including finalisation of accounts, reconciliations, and compliance.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to US Accounting and Taxation standards.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Familiarity with MS Excel; experience with accounting/tax software is a plus.
