Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SEO Client Servicing Executive to join our team. As the primary point of contact for assigned SEO clients, you will be responsible for understanding client business goals, objectives, and target audience to align SEO strategies.

You will coordinate with internal SEO, content, and technical teams to ensure timely project execution. Your key responsibilities will include creating, presenting, and explaining SEO performance reports, handling client queries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and problem-solving attitude, monitoring SEO campaign progress, and proactively suggesting optimization strategies.

In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of SEO audits, keyword research, on-page & off-page strategies, and building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in SEO client servicing / digital marketing account management.
  • Strong understanding of SEO strategies, tools, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
