Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Performance Analyst to join our team. This role will play a strategic part in optimizing and scaling our digital performance across global markets.

  • This position will lead end-to-end performance analysis across paid media channels.
  • The successful candidate will develop and own advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership visibility.
  • They will translate complex data into strategic recommendations that drive measurable business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, media analytics, or digital growth roles.
  • A strong command of digital ad platforms: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics & BI tools: Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, SQL (preferred).
  • A solid understanding of attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and ROI forecasting.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to connect performance data to strategic business outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings and influence senior stakeholders.
