You will play a key role in managing and maintaining our Microsoft Intune endpoint management system, providing support for Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) infrastructure, including user provisioning and issue resolution.

- Managing incident and service request management process to ensure timely resolution of user issues and requests.">
- Utilizing Nexthink for proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.">
- Handling grant application/drive/folder access requests and ensuring proper permissions are granted according to security policies.">
- Administering user accounts in Active Directory, including adding/removing users from groups and managing calendar access and delegation.">
- Facilitating consultant onboarding/offboarding processes, including provisioning/deprovisioning access to necessary resources.">
- Managing access to collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, including adding/removing users from channels and distribution lists.">
- Monitoring and responding to phishing email incidents, providing guidance and support to users as needed.">
- Performing remote software installations and configurations to ensure users have access to required applications.">

Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
