Senior Automation Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Solutions Architect to lead the design and deployment of enterprise-scale automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic technologist who can architect end-to-end automation frameworks, integrate advanced cloud capabilities, and drive efficiency gains.

  • Lead Design and Architecture: Ensure scalability and maintainability of RPA solutions.
  • Design Reusable Frameworks: Develop best practices and governance models for RPA implementations.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Understand business requirements and translate them into robust RPA solutions.
  • Provide Technical Leadership: Ensure adherence to best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Integrate RPA with Enterprise Cloud Environments: Leverage expertise in VDIs, Virtual Machines, and Kubernetes.
  • Document Solution Architecture: Technical designs and documentation.
  • Conduct Technical Presentations: Workshops and knowledge sharing sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement Attended & Unattended Automation: Citrix/legacy system automation.
  • Diagnose and Resolve Performance Bottlenecks: Exceptions and deployment issues.
  • Optimize Bot Efficiency: Resource utilization and exception handling.
  • Ability to Find Alternate Solutions: Propose solutions in case of RPA feasibility/implementation challenges.

As an experienced professional, you will possess at least 8-10 years' experience in RPA, proven solution architecture responsibilities, and expertise in UIPath platform architecture and ecosystem.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on Practical Knowledge: Cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS), virtualization concepts, VDIs, Virtual Machines, and Kubernetes orchestration.
  • Certifications: UIPath, AWS/Azure/GCP, or Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Other RPA Tools: Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate.
  • Regulated Industries Experience: BFSI, Healthcare, etc.
