Pega Automation Specialist

Job Overview:

  • This role involves collaborating with the development team to implement automation solutions using PEGA and CCM, focusing on integration testing, end-to-end regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and running independently at times.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with POSTMAN for API testing and be able to write test scripts.
  • They will also have experience with developing automated tests using C#, maintaining automation code on GIT.
  • Key responsibilities include conducting integration testing, end-to-end regression testing, UAT, and running independently at times.
  • Closely collaborating with the development team is essential, providing all details about defects reported.
  • The successful candidate will identify, document, and manage defects through to resolution.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery, planning, and coordinating programs of work for multiple agile squads is desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required, enabling an individual to work in a fast-moving collaborative culture and influence the direction of the outcome.
  • To ensure timely release and management of campaigns from an accuracy and quality perspective, pre and post-execution, adhering to campaign design and risk guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or campaign testing.
  • Hands-on experience with POSTMAN for API testing.
  • Experience with developing automated tests using C#.
  • Maintaining automation code on GIT.
  • Agile delivery, planning, and coordination.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
