Power Automate Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Power Automate specialist to fill this critical role. In this position, you will collaborate with our consultant and internal teams to design and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and Logic Apps.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience working with Power Automate or Logic Apps and a basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON. Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams, is also essential. Bonus points if you have knowledge of Jira/JSM.

  • Collaborate in building Power Automate/Logic Apps flows for ticket creation, enrichment, and notifications
  • Monitor flow execution and troubleshoot automation failures
  • Develop automation to sync SPO content (KB), customer contacts, or BC triggers with JSM
  • Support development of SLA tracking and reporting dashboards (Jira + Power BI/SPO if needed)
  • Maintain documentation for all flows created and updated
  • Work with QA/QC and Jira Consultant to ensure operational flow compliance
  • Perform test automation with sample ticket scenarios to validate functionality

Key Skills Required
  • Proficiency in Power Automate and/or Logic Apps
  • Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and JSON
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Understanding of Jira/JSM (bonus point)
