Job Description">

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automation/performance solutions that meet organizational standards, building reliable, reusable, and maintainable automated regression suites and test harnesses.
  • Identify areas/test cases for automation and design/implement test automation strategies.
  • Create tools and frameworks with quality code to simplify testing scenarios.
  • Collaborate with development teams to deliver business functionality on time, meeting acceptance criteria.

Test Lead Responsibilities:

  • Act as a test lead, planning the work of other testing staff and assigning tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • Review and approve the work of project team members in writing scripts, expected results, test results, and defect descriptions.

Skills Required:

  • Software testing experience in all phases of testing, including test planning, test execution, and test closure.
  • Excellent understanding of QA and testing methodologies, best practices.
  • At least 6 years of experience as an Automation QA Tester.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python for test automation.
  • Experience working with SOAP and REST services, understanding SOA architecture.
  • Experience creating and maintaining automation frameworks (preferred).
  • Experience using SQL to query databases required.

Additional Requirements:

  • Candidates must undergo customer and project interviews.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.
