Job Role: Executive Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining strategic relationships with preferred clients and generating assets under management.
  • Providing expert advice to high net worth individuals on their investments and managing their overall financial portfolios, focusing on client satisfaction.
  • Monitoring the wealth management market for new opportunities and staying updated on financial trends to determine suitability for clients' portfolios.
  • Collaborating with product and research teams to make informed investment decisions for clients.
  • Organizing business development activities to grow the wealth advisory business and enhance revenue streams.
  • Identifying and acquiring new clients, achieving targets in terms of client numbers and volume of business/assets.
  • Researching available investment opportunities and financial market trends to ensure alignment with clients' needs and goals.
  • Understanding clients' requirements and positioning products/services accordingly.
  • Coordinating with product and research teams for taking investment decisions.
  • Recommending strategies for clients to achieve their financial objectives, including cash management, insurance coverage, and portfolio reassessment.
  • Engaging with clients regularly to assess satisfaction with service and returns generated, and reviewing their investment needs for potential portfolio changes.
  • Providing comprehensive investment performance reports and summaries to clients.
  • Fostering long-term client relationships with relevant comments/remarks for future reference.
  • Guiding clients in gathering information/documents required for investment planning.

Requirements:

  • Preferring candidates from broking/NBFC backgrounds or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in wealth management is essential.
  • Team leadership experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience handling Ultra HNI, Super HNI & NRI clients is crucial.
  • Extensive knowledge and working experience on wealth products such as Arbitrage, PMS, AIF, SIP, Bonds & Structured Products is necessary.
