Job Role:

The position of a Construction Supervisor is open for an experienced professional to lead and direct day-to-day site activities, ensuring the execution of work adheres to drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure smooth project execution
  • Manage resources such as manpower, materials, and machinery efficiently to meet project milestones
  • Maintain accurate site records including daily progress reports, material usage, and work measurement
  • Assist in preparing bar bending schedules, measurement sheets, and work bills as necessary
  • Conduct quality checks for concrete, steel, shuttering, and finishing works
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, company standards, and safety norms
  • Resolve technical issues on-site in coordination with project managers and consultants
  • Communicate effectively with the project team, clients, and management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and standards
  • Proficiency in reading drawings and specifications
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools (desired)
  • Excellent leadership and team coordination skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Ability to work at project sites across Tamil Nadu

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 1 - 3 years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development, and land use permitting
  • Experience with AutoCAD software
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and design skills
