Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Decor Pricing Specialist to join our team in South Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing BOQs, technical drawings, and project specifications to ensure accurate pricing and competitiveness. Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate with vendors are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze BOQs, technical drawings, and project specifications to determine material costs and labor requirements.
  • Engage with vendors to obtain accurate quotes for materials and services, leveraging strong negotiation skills to secure competitive prices.
  • Consolidate vendor quotes and prepare final quotations for the sales team, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive database of vendors and pricing to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of trends in the luxury decor industry, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering trust and cooperation to drive business growth.
  • Prepare detailed cost analysis and reports for management, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in cost estimation, preferably in luxury decor, interior design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel is mandatory, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are crucial for success in this role, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with construction methods and materials is a plus, although not essential.
  • The ideal candidate must be flexible and willing to work with vendors and sales teams based in Saudi Arabia, adapting to time zone differences as required.
  • A dynamic and collaborative work environment awaits the successful candidate, offering opportunities to work on high-profile luxury projects.
  • Estimated annual salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 (dependent on experience).
