  • Pilot Program Participation: Assist in product testing rounds, gather feedback from peers, and contribute to usability reviews of upcoming features.
  • Collaborative Ideation: Participate in idea-sharing sessions to improve communication tools, AI features, reminders, and clinical support tools.
  • Training & User Enablement: Translate product features into practical use cases for frontline workers.

Ideal Background:

  • Clinical, administrative, or academic healthcare experience.
  • Familiarity with digital health tools (EMRs, telehealth, AI, mobile apps).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
