Lead Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a seasoned account manager to drive our key clients' success in an exciting fast-paced environment. This role requires building and maintaining professional relationships, ensuring contract closures and renewals, and playing a key role in their growth.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Manage 5-10 high-value client accounts.
  • Develop executive-level relationships with clients' leadership.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about clients' needs, vision, IT roadmap, and any anticipated changes.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the account, their business, and key stakeholders.
  • Promote partnership growth, revenue expansion, and new opportunities.
  • Pitch relevant services to clients.
  • Identify and capitalize on new markets through go-to-market strategies.
  • Track delivery timelines and quality to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Present reports to senior management on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in account management or customer success roles for a software company.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Understanding of the sales funnel and different stages.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to close client contracts.
  • Data analysis skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • A goal-oriented attitude with a proactive working style.
  • Proficiency in client interactions with successful sales outcomes.
  • Must be self-motivated and have a sales-driven mindset.
