Lead Cluster Finance Business Partner Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with commercial teams to drive franchise business, liaise with partners on timely closure of commercial arrangements.
  • Support contract execution, updates and renewals in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and billing.
  • Follow up with partners for payment collection and monitor overdue payments.
  • Cross-verify royalty calculations and commercial terms in line with contracts.
  • Support validating partner-reported data and highlight discrepancies.
  • Act as query response mechanism for our team, provide business context for timely resolution of queries.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records for all commercial activities.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • CA/CA Inter/CMA experience in commercial finance, business operations or franchise management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong process adherence.
  • Strong business partnering and collaboration skills.
