Job Opportunity: IT Service Management Developer

We are seeking a skilled IT Service Management (ITSM) developer to join our team. As an ITSM developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

Your primary focus will be on configuring and customizing ITSM modules, including Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Portal, Flow Designer, and CSDM. You will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze and review detailed business and technical requirements, and develop user stories, configurations, and deliverables accordingly.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, custom app development, scoped application design, workflow or flow designer, integration hub, B2B integrations, REST, WSDL, JSON, and third-party applications and data sources.

You should also possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to think outside the box and approach complex data-centric problems creatively. A collaborative mindset and passion for problem-solving are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize ITSM modules, including Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Portal, Flow Designer, and CSDM.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
  • Analyze and review detailed business and technical requirements with business stakeholders.
  • Develop user stories, configurations, and deliverables in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • ServiceNow ITSM, custom app development experience.
  • Scoped application design, workflow or flow designer, integration hub, B2B integrations experience.
  • REST, WSDL, JSON, third-party applications and data sources experience.
  • Angular-based client-side and server-side scripting experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ITIL v4 certification.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as CIS-ITSM, CSA, CAD, or NOW Platform Development.
