We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the creation of digital products that drive significant societal change in public health, impacting millions of people worldwide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that address complex public health challenges.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in product management, with experience in healthcare, digital health, or public health. You will oversee a suite of digital health products that address real-world public health challenges, such as health equity, disease prevention, and access to care. Every product you manage will have the potential to save lives and improve the well-being of communities.

You will also mentor and develop a team of passionate product managers, helping them grow as leaders and empower them to innovate at scale. Your ability to work closely with designers, engineers, public health experts, and community organizations to create products that make a difference is essential.

Our Public Health Mission is focused on tackling systemic health inequities, improving access to care, and addressing public health challenges that disproportionately affect underserved communities. By partnering with healthcare providers, public health agencies, market actors, and international organizations, we deliver impactful tech that improves population health outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 7 years of product management experience, focusing on healthcare, digital health, or public health">
  • Proven experience managing a portfolio of products, while mentoring and developing a team of product managers">
  • A deep passion for solving systemic health challenges and making a difference in underserved communities">
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience using data and analytics to shape product decisions and measure real-world outcomes">
  • Public health expertise, with a strong understanding of health systems, disease surveillance, and the challenges faced by frontline workers">
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and experience with health technology systems, including EHRs and HIEs">">

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience
