Odoo Functional Consultant Job Description

An experienced Odoo Functional Consultant is responsible for analyzing business requirements and implementing ERP solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

This role involves configuring modules, training users, and ensuring seamless business process integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and provide expert ERP functional consulting services.
  • Configure and customize ERP systems to meet specific business needs, integrating with other applications as required.
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend optimized solutions to improve business operations.
  • Develop comprehensive process documentation and training materials to support user adoption.
  • Provide top-notch end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure smooth system usage.
  • Assist in project planning, tracking, and risk management to ensure successful implementation.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent critical thinking skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic project management and multitasking capabilities to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of key business domains: E-Commerce, Manufacturing, HR, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Warehouse, Accounting.

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Odoo (Open ERP) and related technical tools.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP implementation and management.
