Warehouse Leasing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven professional to promote and increase occupancy of our warehouse rental spaces.

About the Role
  • Promote rental services through integrated marketing strategies, focusing on online platforms and local partnerships.
  • Identify potential clients (manufacturers, distributors, e-commerce companies) and generate qualified leads.
  • Build relationships with local businesses, brokers, agents, and channel partners to drive leasing growth.
  • Coordinate site visits and client presentations with the operations team.
  • Create and manage listings on property portals to maximize visibility.
  • Raise awareness and engagement through targeted digital marketing campaigns.
  • Attend industry events to network and generate new leads.
  • Maintain a database of prospects and update CRM tools regularly.
  • Analyze market trends and share intelligence reports to inform business decisions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing targets.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in B2B marketing, commercial leasing, or real estate.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven individual.
  • Fluency in English preferred.
