As a seasoned professional, you will have 10-15 years of experience in team management and business growth.
You will be responsible for leading a team to build, nurture, and grow the leasing business by maintaining year-over-year revenue growth, tracking business milestones, and staying ahead of upcoming supply.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining year-over-year revenue growth
- Tracking business milestones and identifying gaps
- Staying ahead of upcoming supply and identifying early-stage opportunities
You will also be responsible for effective execution of transactions, reviewing the lead funnel and priority marking, developing creative sales strategies, and approving communication for marketing leasing activities.
