We are seeking an exceptional Occupational Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering occupational therapy services to individuals and groups, developing and implementing rehabilitation plans, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, assessing patient needs, designing therapeutic activities, monitoring patient progress, and providing guidance and support to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to meet the diverse needs of clients
- Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans to achieve client goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored plans
- Create engaging and adaptive therapeutic activities to promote client progress
- Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed
- Provide education and support to clients and their families to empower them in their recovery journey
