Occupational Therapy Fellowship

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team as a fellow. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or experienced therapist looking to further their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans that promote the best possible outcomes for children.
  • Work closely with senior Occupational Therapists to enhance your clinical skills and gain valuable experience in a paediatric setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of children's needs and abilities, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted intervention plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapies to support children's cognitive, physical, and emotional development, adapting strategies to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Document session notes, track client progress, and adjust plans as needed to ensure optimal results.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and share knowledge with colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current certification as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or eligibility for certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
