Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers, driving engineering best practices and architecting robust systems.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop technical roadmaps and API blueprints to ensure platforms are scalable and adaptable.
  2. Enforce best practices in testing, CI/CD, and DevOps to maintain high-quality software.
  3. Manage the full software development lifecycle, from design and architecture to coding, testing, and deployment.
  4. Mentor and lead a crew of engineers, shaping them into people who champion best practices in software development and system architecture.
  5. Foster a high-performing team, creating an environment where engineers feel empowered and motivated.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years of experience leading teams in an agile environment. They should have hands-on experience in JavaScript, Node, and/or Java, as well as a track record of delivering complex solutions in challenging circumstances.

They should also have effective communication skills, verbally and in writing, and be able to think strategically and make data-driven decisions while working under pressure.
