Software Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our software engineering team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Node.js and related technologies, as well as experience in team management and agile project management environments.

This leadership role involves leading and mentoring a team of software engineers to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment. Providing technical leadership and direction to ensure best practices are followed in the development of scalable and efficient applications is also a key responsibility.

The ideal candidate will collaborate on the design and architecture of software systems to focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business development and maximize revenue opportunities is essential for this position.

Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience with Node.js and related technologies (e.g., Express.js, MongoDB, RESTful APIs).
  • Experience of team management and working in agile project management environments is required.
  • Experience working in a financial product environment is necessary.
