Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage supplier relationships to ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual obligations.
  • Monitor supplier performance, conduct risk assessments, and implement governance frameworks for continuous improvement and value creation.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of managing supplier performance and applying governance framework.
  • Good understanding of the Service Provider Standard and/or Policy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in supplier management software and tools (ideally using Process Unity - MySupplier).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills: 9/10 +
  • At least 5 years' experience
  • Interview process involves three rounds (two virtual and one in-person)
