Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Design Cafe's Coimbatore Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales managers, developing business plans, and coordinating with the channel partnering team on lead generation.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-9 years of experience in planning and implementing sales strategies. They should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, dedication to providing great customer service, and experience in customer relationship management and sales team direction.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls for the Experience Center.
  • Meeting planned sales goals and setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team, including ongoing training and development.
  • Coordinating with the channel partnering team on lead generation and promoting the organization and products.

Requirements:

  • MBA/Graduate degree in business or related field.
  • Minimum 5-9 years of experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management and sales team direction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.

Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience). Located at 110-113, 1st Floor, Meena HighRise, Thiru, Venkatasamy Rd W, R.S. Puram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641002.
