Job Description

As a Senior Banking Manager, you will be responsible for leading the treasury team and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial and banking activities. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the preparation of monthly projected cash flow and working capital statements.
  • Preparing actual cash flow statements with detailed incoming and outgoing payment information.
  • Managing various bank account operations across India and globally.
  • Experienced in handling bank loan processes and related compliance.
  • Knowledgeable in hedging and accounting principles.
  • Reviewing detailed reports on payments and collections.
  • Preparing monthly bank reconciliation statements.
  • Verifying vendor and employee master data for bank-related information.
  • Experienced in payment processing and booking entries.
  • Analyzing and controlling general ledger accounts for banks, foreign exchange, and intercompany transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CA/CA Inter/MBA degree with 7-10 years of work experience in banking operations.
  • A highly competent and motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with initiative to drive results and a keen eye for detail and process improvements.
  • Excellent PC skills with proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
  • Power BI skills are a plus, with experience in the SAP FICO module.
