This role involves leading the analysis and design of innovative solutions that comply with regulatory frameworks and align with the strategic objectives of our banking and financial clients.

• Conducting in-depth analyses of Open Banking regulations, interpreting and translating regulatory requirements into actionable business insights and solutions.
• Developing comprehensive traceability matrices to ensure end-to-end compliance with the regulation.
• Engaging with stakeholders to identify and document the impact of regulatory changes on systems, processes, and workflows.
• Supporting internal advocacy efforts by contributing to internal communications, regulatory insights, and compliance timelines.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support deep dives, impact assessments, and detailed requirement gathering.
• Monitoring regulatory developments to ensure timely and proactive responses to emerging compliance needs.
• Staying updated with PSD2, PSD3, and other relevant regulations in open banking and open finance.
• Undertaking market research, collating feature recommendations from clients, and building a pipeline of requirements.
• Identifying market trends and opportunities in open banking and developing requirements for innovative products and services.
• Providing support and guidance to presales and professional services on new system features.

• Proven 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a regulatory environment, preferably within financial services.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
• Experience with PSD2 and Berlin Group NextgenPSD2 or Open Banking UK is essential.
• Expertise in regulatory interpretation, impact analysis, and the creation of traceability matrices.
• Ability to conduct detailed mappings of regulatory requirements to organizational systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with different Open Banking Frameworks and involvement in API integrations or implementations.
• Understanding clients' use cases and advising on suitable integration practices.
• Managing the full implementation cycle end-to-end, ensuring successful launches.
• Comfortable delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
