Majesco Billing System Lead

This senior role offers a strong potential for conversion to full-time employment upon completion of the initial contract period.

  • The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in managing Majesco Billing systems and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support configuration, testing, and maintenance of Majesco Billing system to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement billing solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and coordinate fixes to minimize downtime.
  • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), defect tracking, and resolution to ensure smooth product launches.
  • Document processes, configuration changes, and provide end-user training to ensure seamless handovers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the Majesco Billing system and a degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Knowledge of insurance billing processes, policy administration, claims, and integration with billing systems.
  • Strong skills in SQL, data validation, and reporting, as well as good problem-solving and communication skills.
