Job Title: Billing and Subscription Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing and Subscription Management Expert to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the entire billing lifecycle, from implementation to ongoing support.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Implementation and Configuration:
      • Lead the deployment of Zuora billing software.
      • Customize Zuora features to align with business requirements.
    • Integration and Collaboration:
      • Integrate Zuora with existing systems (CRM, ERP, payment gateways).
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify needs and ensure system compatibility.
    • Process Optimization:
      • Automate and streamline billing processes.
      • Establish best practices for billing and subscription management using Zuora tools.
    • Support and Troubleshooting:
      • Provide ongoing support to address system issues.
      • Train and support internal teams on Zuora functionalities.
    • Reporting and Analytics:
      • Monitor and analyze billing performance metrics.
      • Generate detailed reports to support business decisions.
    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Billing and Subscription Management Experience:
      • Proven experience with the Zuora subscription management platform.
      • Strong understanding of billing workflows and pricing strategies.
      • Experience integrating Zuora with CRM and ERP systems.
      • Proficiency in configuring complex pricing plans within Zuora.
    • Education:
      • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
      • Certification in Zuora (if applicable) or relevant billing systems.
