Senior Intercompany Professional

As a vital member of the finance team, this role oversees end-to-end IC processes and leads a small team of professionals. A successful candidate will have extensive experience in financial controllership/consolidations, inter-company accounting, and month-end close activities.
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and address queries/problems efficiently
- Review monthly activities performed by the IC team, including billing for IC transactions and reviewing global IC BS and P&L variances
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve global IC variances and post top-side entries in Oracle FCCS
- Review detailed reconciliation of IC GLs and provide feedback to team members
- Process Improvement:
- Standardize IC processes and delegate end-to-end activities to team members
- Identify solutions to automate manual activities via transformation projects
- Develop strategic plans to achieve team goals within set timelines
- Team Management:
- Monitor team performance and report on key metrics
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members
- Delegate tasks effectively and manage schedules
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- CA with 8+ years of work experience in Finance Controllership/Consolidations, Inter-Company Accounting
- Thorough understanding of Consolidations accounting principles and procedures
- Experience in handling Inter company accounting/IC ledger reviews/reconciliations, month end close, and team management
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP & QAD) and consolidation platforms (Oracle FCCS, Hyperion)
