Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to lead recruitment processes, develop and implement human resources strategies, and manage employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your expertise to oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Design and deliver impactful employee training and development programs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.
  • Negotiate and resolve complex workplace conflicts or issues effectively.
  • Foster a positive work environment through innovative employee recognition and rewards programs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruiting, training, or organizational development is required.
  • An MBA in Human Resources or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Proven ability to resolve conflicts and promote healthy workplace relationships is critical.
  • Demonstrated expertise in critical thinking and problem-solving is necessary.
