Software Deployment Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Software Deployment Specialist to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of software products, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to train and educate end users.

As a key member of our deployment team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of our software solutions and services.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships based on trust.
  • Configuring customer accounts according to their business requirements.
  • Leading onboarding and deployment activities at customer sites, including hardware setup.
  • Conducting training sessions for restaurant staff.
  • Providing remote and on-site support to ensure high availability for our customers.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 0-2 years of experience in software deployment, technical support, or account management in F&B, POS, or SaaS domains.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware setup and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least one regional Indian language.
  • Ability to train and educate end users across different roles.
  • Passion for technology, customer success, and delivering great user experiences.
