
Front Office Operations Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day front desk duties, including check-ins/outs, billing, answering phone calls, emails, and responding to inquiries.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a 4/5 star hotel as a front desk executive or similar role, with experience in various functions at core level.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk functions, identifying any lapses, and rectifying them in real-time. This includes administering front office functions on a daily basis, implementing, reviewing, and improving policies, systems, and processes for various functions.
Detailed Job Responsibilities include:
- Managing Day-to-Day Operations
- Filling in Duties as Needed
- Monitoring Guest Services
- Identifying Critical Guests
- Responding to Inquiries
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate Degree in Hotel Management
- At Least 3-4 Years of Experience in a Similar Role
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Hospitality Attitude and Aptitude
- Natural Team Player with Supervisory Skills
