We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development of innovative product solutions that improve the returns experience and provide seamless post-purchase product support.

The ideal candidate will have end-to-end ownership of building and delivering product solutions that meet the needs of our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of the consumer-focused product strategy and vision
  • Define creative, high-quality product roadmaps based on team strategy and vision
  • Develop detailed business requirements and user stories for product specifications and architecture
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience and cost
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Work closely with engineering teams and program management to deliver products to market
  • Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals

About the Team

The Returns team is responsible for delivering a great and sustainable end-to-end returns experience. This involves contributing to important metrics like NPS, as well as business metrics like return rate, savings, and increased platform sales.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery
  • Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
