Job Description:

Sourcing and procurement specialists play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization by ensuring seamless warehousing and inventory control processes.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing banking devices, managing warehouse operations, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve operational goals.

Key objectives include procuring and importing banking devices while maintaining efficient warehousing and inventory management practices. Additionally, you will evaluate market products and services to determine optimal pricing, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure timely delivery of ordered products/services.

  • Manage import shipments end-to-end, coordinating with foreign partners, freight forwarders, and customs departments.
  • Maintain accurate records and track progress against established metrics.
Required Skills:

To excel in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in procurement practices and governance, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with inventory management software and tools is highly desirable, as is the ability to analyze and interpret procurement data.

Education and Qualifications:

A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in sourcing, import, and warehousing & inventory control management is required.

A Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification is necessary.
