Role: Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud Professional

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert-level guidance on the Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, a cutting-edge platform that streamlines data and workflows across clinical research, medical affairs, commercial operations, and patient services.
  • Design and implement data structures, metadata, and data governance policies for cloud-based applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Develop innovative solutions to technical issues, identify potential risks, and troubleshoot problems efficiently.
  • Implement AI-driven insights using Einstein's Trust Layer and integrate real-time data with Data Cloud, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications, fostering a culture of cooperation and open communication.
  • Maintain exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to facilitate problem-solving and technical decision-making, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10-18 years of experience in the field of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms and their applications in life sciences.
  • Deep understanding of Life Sciences Cloud, including Care management, Clinical data management, Complete patient view, EHR integration, Communities implementation, and Clinical documentation.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, architectures, and best practices, as well as application development methodologies and coding languages like Apex and Visualforce.

Preferred Abilities:

  • Heroku integration expertise.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Shield security features.
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS programming languages.
  • Experience with classic customization.
  • Health insurance domain knowledge.
