Job Opportunity: Payroll Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes, payroll schemas, PCRs, and payroll reporting.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement payroll systems to meet business needs.
  • Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment for new enhancements and payroll functionalities.
  • Manage integrations between payroll systems and third-party applications.
  • Support business users by troubleshooting issues, resolving payroll discrepancies, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Assist in data migration, validation, and governance for payroll modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR and payroll processes.
  • Provide ongoing support and system enhancements, ensuring compliance with local and global payroll regulations.
  • Conduct training sessions and develop documentation for end-users.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices, new releases, and payroll compliance requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with payroll software and systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with business stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of HR business processes, payroll compliance, and HRIS best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with data migration, system configuration, and issue resolution.
  • Experience with integration tools such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Boomi, or other middleware.
