Renewals Specialist Role Overview

As a Renewals Specialist, you will be responsible for processing customer renewals for software subscription products and ensuring high customer satisfaction during the renewal cycle.

  • You will execute all phases of subscription renewal lifecycle, including notifying customers of renewal, building quotes, and closing renewals opportunities for accounts.
  • You will notify and assist customers with migrating to our ordering platform at the time of renewal.
  • You will find and execute upsells within your customer base.
  • You will assure invoice accuracy and work closely with finance to collect payment.
  • You will analyze data and trends to find growth opportunities.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal (via telephone) and written (via email) communication skills. They should also be highly detail oriented with the ability to handle a large volume of accounts, tasks, and responsibilities.

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience with SaaS-based applications is necessary.
  • Preferred qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and experience working with Salesforce.com.
