Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to fill the role of Information Technology Support Analyst. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in computer systems, software applications, and networking fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical support for software applications and systems
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues with ease
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that drive business outcomes
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge base resources
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to remain competitive

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or a related field with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, software applications, and networking fundamentals with a focus on problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with a strong academic background

Preferred Qualifications:

  • JD Edwards experience (Sales Order, Distribution, Purchasing, Financials, World Writers) with a focus on process automation and optimization
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) proficiency with advanced skills in data analysis and visualization
  • Experience with test planning and execution with a focus on quality assurance and control
