Role Summary

The Sales and Marketing Manager at sole-mono-pole-pvt-ltd plays a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic planning, innovative marketing, and exceptional sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Data Analysis: Gather, investigate, and summarize market data and trends to inform strategic decisions and draft comprehensive reports.
  • Sales Plan Implementation: Develop and implement new sales plans, launch advertising campaigns, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and manage marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key clients by understanding their needs, anticipating new marketing opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Industry Staying Current: Stay abreast of industry developments by attending educational events, conferences, and workshops, reading industry publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing or sales, with management experience being an advantage.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills, excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, knowledge of data analysis and report writing, and the ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
