Business Intelligence Specialist

This role is based in Kuwait and currently resides there or is willing to relocate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data from various sources and create reports on campaign and customer lifecycle activities.
- Develop customer-specific reports using reporting tools and conduct analyses of postpaid and prepaid customers.
- Produce reports that directly impact the customer lifecycle, including KPIs and ROI.
- Build regular dashboards and publish performance summaries.
- Measure campaign performance using metrics such as customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Use data analytics to understand customer segments, behaviors, and preferences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in telecommunications, preferably related to the customer lifecycle and/or Business Intelligence.
- At least 4 years of experience in analytical reporting and dashboard creation.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's or MBA degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with data analysis tools, particularly SQL, Excel, and big data queries.
- Ability to manage large datasets while maintaining data integrity.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability not only to generate reports but also to define metrics, interpret data, and develop strategies accordingly.
- Knowledge of Arabic - preferred but not required.
