Business Intelligence Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to lead data-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical techniques, preferably in business-to-business (B2B), software-as-a-service (SaaS), events, or community businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data collection, cleaning, and analysis from multiple sources.
- Developing interactive dashboards and reports for key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identifying trends in market participation, content virality, and customer behavior to inform strategy.
- Collaborating with leadership, content, and sales teams to provide actionable insights.
- Owning the data pipeline—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and effective storytelling.
- Experimenting with predictive models for event turnout, sponsorship success, and community growth.
Requirements:
- At least 2–4 years of experience in data analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and business intelligence tools.
- Ability to translate raw data into simple, visual insights.
- Experience handling large datasets and data cleaning techniques.
- Curiosity to ask the right questions and challenge assumptions.
